The Essence of Wildflower Fate
Where Hope Has Room to Breathe
At Wildflower Fate Counselling, we don’t rush what hurts.
Some things in life ask us to sit on the bench for a while. To watch. To breathe. To wait for our body or our heart to catch up with what our mind wishes were different.
Like wildflowers, we grow where we are planted, which is sometimes in places we didn’t choose, or sometimes in ground that feels too hard, too quiet, or too lonely. And still… we grow. Not because we try harder. Not because we force it. But because something in us keeps going, even when it’s heavy.
It can be tempting to tell yourself to just try harder and to believe that if you could do more, be more, push more, the pain might ease. But this is not a space for pushing. This is a space for being.
Life hands us moments we didn’t ask for and paths we wouldn’t have chosen. Bodies, minds, and stories shaped by things beyond our control. Counselling is not about changing what has already happened. It’s about sitting gently beside it. Letting it be seen. Letting it soften, just a little, in the presence of another.
Here, there is room to feel frozen. Room to feel tired. Room to grieve what was, what wasn’t to be, and what still aches.
You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need to know where to begin.
We can sit with the not-knowing together.
At Wildflower Fate Counselling, growth is not measured by how quickly you move forward. Sometimes growth looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like staying exactly where you are, until your nervous system feels safe enough to breathe again.
